On 18th May 2019, two volunteers from the Group delivered six hours of training to Derbyshire Wildlife Trust members who had signed up to learn all about bats. The group of 15 learnt about the life-cycles of bats, the ecology of the 17 UK species and how we can help conserve them, followed by a bat walk in the evening.
